The practical details
Good to know
Sauna packs
Coming regularly? A prepaid pack brings a 45-minute sauna down to $25 and an hour to $40. Buy one online, then book as normal — the session comes off your pack and there is nothing to pay on the day.

Your 60-minute initial naturopathic consultation covers your full health history, diet and lifestyle, and a review of any recent test results — so your treatment plan is built on the whole picture, not a single symptom.
Health fund rebates
Remedial massage is claimable under many extras policies — check your level of cover with your health fund. Naturopathy rebates were removed from private health cover in 2019 and some funds are now reinstating them; whether you can claim depends on your fund and policy, so it is worth asking them directly.
Testing & supplements
Specialised functional testing and any practitioner-grade supplements are optional, always discussed with you first, and priced separately from your consultation.
Cancellations
Life happens — we simply ask for 24 hours' notice if you need to change or cancel an appointment, so the time can be offered to someone else.
Payment
We accept cash, EFTPOS and all major credit cards, settled on the day of your appointment.

Prices are current at the time of publishing and subject to change. The price you're quoted when you book is the price you pay.
