The fine print, plainly

Booking,cancelling, refunds

What you pay when you book, what happens if plans change, and how a refund works. No surprises at the door.

Holding your appointment

Most appointments are held with a $50 deposit, taken when you book. It comes off the price of your appointment rather than being added to it, so a $50 deposit on a $200 consultation leaves $150 to settle on the day.

A returning remedial massage is the exception. There is no deposit on those, and nothing to pay until you arrive.

Infrared sauna sessions are paid in full when you book, rather than deposited. They are short and inexpensive, $30 for forty five minutes and $45 for an hour, so a deposit larger than the session itself would make no sense.

Changing or cancelling

You can change or cancel any appointment up to 24 hours before it starts, and anything you have paid is refunded in full.

Inside 24 hours the deposit is not refunded. Alanna works alone and a late cancellation is an hour she cannot fill, so the deposit covers the time rather than penalising you.

If something genuinely unavoidable happens, ring her. This is a policy, not a rule she enjoys applying.

If you have a prepaid sauna pack

A pack session is already paid for, so there is nothing to pay when you book one. Enter the same email address you bought the pack with and the session comes off your pack automatically.

Cancel more than 24 hours ahead and the session goes back on your pack. Inside that window it is used, in the same way a deposit is kept.

Pack sessions do not expire. Use them whenever it suits you.

Running late, and no-shows

Appointments run to time because someone is usually booked after you. If you arrive late, your session ends when it was always going to end rather than running over into somebody else's.

Not arriving at all is treated as a cancellation inside 24 hours.

The infrared sauna

The sauna is self-service, and the access instructions and lockbox code come with each booking rather than being published here.

Friday after 4pm and all weekend it needs preheating. That is handled for you: the booking simply allows the extra time, so you still get your full session.

Please do not use the sauna under the influence of alcohol or recreational drugs. If you are pregnant, or being treated for a heart condition or low blood pressure, speak to your doctor first.

Payments and refunds

Card payments are processed by Stripe. Card details are entered on Stripe's own secure page and are never stored by this practice or on this website.

Any refund goes back to the card that paid, and usually appears within five to ten business days depending on your bank.

If something has gone wrong with a payment, ring 0466 308 322 or email admin@thenaturalpathcollective.com.au and it will be sorted out.

If anything here is unclear, ring 0466 308 322 and ask. Nothing in these terms affects your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
