How a pack actually works
Pay once, here
Your sessions are held against the email address you use at the checkout, so use the one you book with.
Book a sauna as normal
Enter that same email and we recognise the pack straight away. There is nothing to choose and nothing to pay.
Weekends are handled
Friday after 4pm and all weekend the sauna is self service and needs preheating. The booking simply allows the extra time, so you still get your full session.
We keep count for you
You get an email each time a session comes off, so you always know where your pack stands. There is no expiry to watch.
Not sure how many sessions you have left?
Enter the email address you book with and we will send your balance there. The number goes to the inbox it belongs to, never onto the screen.
