Wellbeing-Focused Support, Tailored to You
At The Natural Path Collective, we provide NDIS support work focused on activities of daily living, community access, and capacity-building support. Our approach is person-centred and wellbeing-focused, supporting participants to build independence, confidence, and quality of life in a way that aligns with their individual goals.
We work with participants, nominees, and support coordinators to deliver meaningful, relationship-based support tailored to each person's needs.

Our NDIS Support Services
Activities of Daily Living
We support participants with day-to-day routines and tasks that promote independence and structure, including:
- Assistance with daily routines and organisation
- Support with meal preparation and nutrition routines
- Prompting and encouragement for self-care
- Life administration and routine-building support
- Building functional capacity and independence
Community Access & Social Participation
We provide support to help participants engage more confidently with their community, including:
- Assistance to attend appointments and community activities
- Support to access health and wellbeing-related services
- Building confidence in social and community settings
- Establishing routines outside the home
- Meaningful community participation aligned with individual goals
Capacity Building & Wellbeing-Focused Support
Our team takes a holistic, health-informed approach to support, which may include:
- Emotional regulation and stress support
- Physical wellbeing and body awareness support
- Support to implement health and lifestyle routines
- Capacity-building strategies to support long-term independence
- Individualised, participant-centred support

Funding & Eligibility
Understanding Your NDIS Funding
Funding eligibility is determined on an individual basis and discussed in collaboration with participants, nominees, and support coordinators to ensure alignment with NDIS goals and plans.

Yes. As a qualified naturopath and remedial massage therapist, Alanna has a strong focus on supporting participants with healthy lifestyle habits, movement, and wellbeing as part of their overall support plan.
Support can be provided in the participant's home, in the community, or when attending appointments, depending on individual needs and goals.
The Natural Path Collective is an unregistered NDIS provider and supports self-managed and plan-managed participants.
Yes. The Natural Path Collective is happy to collaborate with support coordinators, plan managers, and families to ensure supports align with each participant's NDIS goals.
Yes. In addition to NDIS support work, The Natural Path Collective offers naturopathy and remedial massage services. These services are usually accessed privately; however, participants are welcome to discuss options with Alanna and their plan manager or support coordinator.
Support coordinators are welcome to contact The Natural Path Collective to discuss participant needs, goals, and support requirements. Referrals can be made via email or phone, and we are happy to work collaboratively to ensure supports align with the participant's NDIS plan.
Yes, The Natural Path Collective currently has availability for new NDIS participants. As availability may vary depending on current bookings, please feel free to reach out to discuss support needs and current availability.
