About Naturopathy
Naturopathy is a holistic healing approach that stimulates the body’s inherent ability to heal itself. It combines traditional wisdom with modern scientific research, focusing on treating the whole person rather than just symptoms.
Seeing a naturopath can help you achieve better health by addressing the underlying causes of your symptoms and creating a tailored wellness plan that supports your body’s natural healing. A naturopath looks at the whole picture—physical, mental, and environmental factors—to understand your unique needs and guide you toward balanced, long-term wellness. With natural therapies like nutrition, herbal medicine, and lifestyle advice, naturopathy offers a gentle yet effective approach to managing specific health issues and improving your overall vitality.
Naturopathy can offer numerous benefits, including:
- Improved digestive health
- Balanced hormones
- Enhanced/Regulate immune function
- Better sleep quality
- Increased energy levels
- Reduced stress and anxiety
- Improved skin health
- Support for chronic conditions
During your 60 minute initial consultation, we’ll discuss your background information, health history, current concerns, and health goals. We may recommend specialised testing to get a clear indicator of your health. Based on this information, we’ll develop a personalised treatment plan that may include dietary advice, herbal medicines, nutritional supplements, and lifestyle recommendations.
During a return naturopath consult we will review your progress, adjusts your treatment plan, and address new concerns. We’ll refine your treatment plan based on what’s working and set new goals to keep you on track, providing ongoing support for your health journey.
A standard return consult is 30 minutes in duration, however you can book a 45 minute extended return consult which is ideal if there has been significant changes since your last visit, allowing extra time to refine your treatment plan.
About Remedial Massage
Remedial massage is a therapeutic treatment focused on relieving pain, reducing muscle tension, and promoting healing in the body. It targets specific areas with techniques designed to address musculoskeletal issues, improve mobility, and support recovery from injury. By using a combination of deep tissue massage, stretching, and targeted pressure, remedial massage helps alleviate chronic pain, enhance circulation, and restore function, making it ideal for those dealing with tightness, soreness, or physical strain.
Seeing a remedial massage therapist can help relieve pain, reduce muscle tension, and improve mobility. It’s particularly beneficial if you experience chronic pain, stiffness, or have specific injuries, as the therapist tailors techniques to target problem areas and support recovery. Regular sessions can enhance circulation, reduce stress, and promote overall wellbeing, making it a valuable therapy for maintaining physical health and preventing future issues.
Remedial Massage Offers Numerous Benefits, Including:
- Pain relief from chronic conditions
- Improved flexibility and range of motion
- Enhanced circulation
- Reduced muscle tension and stiffness
- Faster recovery from injuries
- Stress reduction and improved relaxation
- Better posture
- Enhanced athletic performance
I Should See a Remedial Massage Therapist When Suffering From:
- Chronic back pain
- Neck and shoulder tension
- Sports injuries
- Headaches and migraines
- Repetitive strain injuries
- Postural problems
- Muscle sprains and strains
- Stress-related tension
Your 60 minute consultation will begin with a brief musculoskeletal assessment, focussing on your concerns and physical condition. The massage itself will be tailored to your specific needs, focusing on problem areas. We may use various techniques such as deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, and myofascial release. We offer dry needling and cupping at no additional cost. We’ll also provide advice on stretches or exercises you can do at home to maintain the benefits of the massage.
Dry needling is a technique that involves inserting thin needles into muscle trigger points to release tension, improve blood flow, and promote healing. It’s used to treat muscle pain, stiffness, and improve range of motion.
Cupping is a therapy where cups are placed on the skin to create suction, improving circulation, releasing muscle tension, and promoting healing. It’s used to treat pain, inflammation, and stiffness, and can aid in relaxation and detoxification.

Our Integrated Approach
At The Natural Path Collective, we believe in a holistic approach to health. Naturopathy addresses internal imbalances and promotes overall health, while remedial massage targets physical tensions and promotes bodily relaxation. Together, they create a powerful synergy that can:
- Enhance the body’s natural healing processes
- Provide more comprehensive pain relief
- Address both the symptoms and root causes of health issues
- Promote faster recovery and long-lasting results
- Offer a more rounded approach to stress management and overall wellbeing
Absolutely! We offer combination packages that include both naturopathy consultations and remedial massage sessions. These packages are designed to provide comprehensive care, addressing your health concerns from multiple angles for optimal results.
During your initial consultation, we’ll assess your health concerns and goals to recommend the most appropriate treatment plan. Many clients benefit from a combination of both therapies, but this can vary based on individual needs. We’re happy to discuss the best approach for your specific situation.
If you have any other questions about how naturopathy and massage can benefit you, or about our services in general, please don’t hesitate to contact us. We’re here to support you on your journey to optimal health and wellbeing.
During a combined naturopath and remedial massage appointment, the consult will generally begin with the naturopath portion of the consult, followed by a remedial massage.
For an initial naturopath appointment, this will last 60 minutes, where the focus is on understanding your health history, concerns, and goals. The therapist will assess any underlying health issues and provide advice on lifestyle, nutrition, or herbal treatments.
For a return visit, this part is shorter, lasting 30-45 minutes, to review progress, make adjustments, and address any new concerns.
After the naturopathic consultation, the session moves into the remedial massage portion. This is aimed at relieving muscle tension, improving circulation, and targeting any physical discomfort, using tailored massage techniques to support your recovery.
This approach provides both a holistic and physical treatment in one session, designed to support your overall health and wellbeing.

Treatment and Care
We develop personalised treatment plans based on a thorough assessment of your health history, current symptoms, lifestyle factors, and health goals. Our plans often integrate both naturopathic and massage elements for a comprehensive approach.
As naturopaths, we may recommend high-quality, evidence-based supplements and herbal remedies as part of your treatment plan. These are carefully selected based on your individual needs and health status. However, diet and lifestyle advice is always our first intervention as it encourages lifelong habitual changes that are cost effective
For Remedial Massage: Initially, you may need fortnightly sessions to address acute issues or muscle imbalances, with follow-up appointments spaced out to every 2-4 weeks as your condition improves. Maintenance treatments are typically recommended every 4-6 weeks to ensure ongoing wellbeing and prevent future tension.
For Naturopathy: After the initial consultation, follow-up sessions are usually scheduled every 2-4 weeks, depending on your progress and treatment plan. As your health improves, visits may become less frequent, but regular check-ins are encouraged to monitor long-term health and make adjustments as needed.
Both treatments are tailored to your needs, and your therapist will guide you on the best schedule for optimal results.
